|Duties:||The Executive Assistant provides day-to-day administrative, managerial and clerical support to the Chief Program Officer. The Executive Assistant to the CPO will develop and maintain a high level of familiarity with all BRC programs and services, as well as gain experience and knowledge of the broader social service operating environment. Specific duties will include preparing written materials; conducting research and analyzes data for reports, correspondence, and presentations; managing scheduling and logistics for meetings as well as selected large-scale projects; preparing minutes for a variety of standing meetings; and related duties as assigned.|
Full Time Position 37.5 hours
Qualifications: Must demonstrate through a combination of training or experience the ability to provide complex administrative support in a fast-paced work environment. The ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision in a demanding, multi-task environment while remaining positive and responsive to changing priorities is required. Must have exceptional written and oral communication, including editing and research skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Non-profit and/or public policy experience preferred.
